In the depths of the Šumava woods, in the neighborhood of the deer park and within sight of the Lipenská dam, there is a cottage that can be yours for a while. If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city for a few days, breathe fresh air and enjoy peace and quiet, but at the same time you are not exactly a tramp or a cabin boy, this place is exactly for you.
In the cottage you will find a spacious fully equipped apartment for eight people with the possibility of four extra beds. So you dont have to compromise on the comfort youre used to, and at the same time the deer can give you a good nights sleep.
Thanks to the comfortable equipment of the apartment and the number of opportunities for activities in the nearby area, it is possible to rent it all year round.
Prepared for children
Although you can leave them on the shoulders of the grandparents and go out with only a group of friends, it would be a real shame not to take the children to us. And it doesnt matter at all if you come with a baby or a pack of robbers.
The apartment and its surroundings will provide comfort and plenty of fun for children of all age groups.
Internet for teenagers is a matter of course.
In winter and in summer
Thanks to the above-standard equipment, the apartment is equally comfortable in summer and winter and can therefore be rented all year round. Its surroundings also offer a varied range of activities regardless of the time of year. It doesnt matter if you are cyclists, skiers, hikers or boaters, you will definitely not get bored at Hájenka unless you really want to.
In the nearby tourist center you will surely get inspiration for your trips to the surroundings. We can recommend, for example, a walk to the Treetop Path, which is approximately 3 km long and can be done by smaller children or seniors. More experienced tourists and cyclists will not know where to go first, because Lipno is beautiful everywhere.
And if you dont want to walk far or, God forbid, pedal, just walk a short distance to the dam and, considering the time of year, take an inflatable ball or skates.
Accommodations
The apartment is located in a new passive semi-detached house, its floor area is 130 m2 and the layout is 4+kk. It comfortably sleeps 6 adults, for children there is the option of 4 extra beds and a travel cot for the little ones. Upstairs there are three bedrooms - two with a double bed and extra beds in the form of pull-out drawers under the bed and one bedroom with two single beds. On the ground floor in the living room there is a sofa bed that can serve as another 1.5 bed. If you want to come with a larger group of good friends, more of you can fit, but you need to agree in advance on the possibility of additional beds. There are double bathrooms and toilets. Of course, there is a TV, internet, washing machine with dryer, fully equipped kitchen, but also air conditioning, underfloor heating and window blinds. There are two parking spaces and a storage room for skis and bicycles near the house, and you can also charge the electric ones here. Accommodation is especially suitable for one or two families with children.
The house stands next to the forest, a minutes walk from the nature reserve. In five minutes by car, you are at the Lipno nad Vltavou tourist center, where you will certainly find inspiration for a trip. And if youre not a fan of motoring, its about a 20-minute walk to the station.
