About us

We are a family with two small children. Years ago, we were excited by the project of our acquaintances from the architectural studio Planpoint, who decided to build a recreation resort consisting of modern passive wooden buildings in a quiet part of Lipno nad Vltavou near a forest and a deer park.

When we went to see the model house in 2020, we were enchanted by the location and the quality of the construction. It was clear that we wanted to go here with our children. Cycling and walking tours around the area in the summer and skiing in the winter.
And thats how we became the owners of a pleasant holiday home, where we like to go and are happy to offer it to others.

We emphasized the high-end technical solution of the house, such as underfloor heating that can be regulated in each room by a separate thermostat. The house receives energy for its operation from the solar power plant on the roof, and after sunset it is further powered by batteries, where the energy produced during the day is stored. In the summer, air conditioning in every room and window blinds help maintain a pleasant temperature.

There is garden furniture on the terrace, an electric grill and an outdoor storage room where bikes or skis and sledges can be stored. A designer wood-burning fireplace creates a magical evening atmosphere in the main living room.
